Shanice Williams, a proud native of Brooklyn, New York, ventured to Hartford County after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Albany. Rooted in the community, Shanice, with a background as a residential counselor, substance use therapist, case manager, and State worker, values the principles of hard work and determination.

Elevating her expertise, Shanice pursued a Master's in Human Services from Albertus Magnus College, reinforcing her commitment to providing steadfast support and guidance to the community she serves. Following her academic achievements, Shanice purchased her first home, sparking a profound passion for real estate.
